We will offer a $33.33 rebooking fee, but Love The Empress And Company does not refund in this instance, or reschedule free of charge. There is a 5 minute grace period. If you are late to your session further, We will offer a $33.33 rebooking fee, but Love The Empress And Company does not refund. My time is valuable, and so is yours. Issues with the zoom application is not a valid excuse once the session has begun or after the grace period. It is your responsibility to attend the session you booked and paid for.
