Service Description
Love the Empress And Company offers 30-minute mediumship appointments to facilitate communication with departed loved ones. These sessions provide insights into relationships, current life circumstances, and future prospects, while also offering reassurance of continued presence. To ensure the highest accuracy, we require the full legal names of all individuals involved, including the departed. Please refrain from using nicknames. All mediumship readings are done with a live video call that is recorded but not posted. The calls are by zoom like face timing someone on Facebook but done through the zoom application. If you do not show up to the meeting its an automatic cancelation.
Cancellation Policy
By booking, you agree to the following: All sales are final. No refunds or reschedules will be issued under any circumstances, including dissatisfaction, unmet expectations, personality differences, irreconcilable differences, or early termination. If a session ends early—by either party, including the client hanging up—no refund, reschedule, or recording will be provided. Love The Empress and Company reserves the right to end any session at any time without refund if the interaction is deemed unproductive, disruptive, aggressive, or inappropriate. All required booking information must be provided accurately. Failure to do so will result in cancellation without refund. Rebooking may be offered at a $33.33 fee. Clients must attend on time. A 5-minute grace period is allowed. Late arrivals beyond this will result in cancellation without refund. Technical issues (including Zoom) are not valid grounds for refund or reschedule. Rebooking fees apply in all cases, including emergencies. It is your responsibility to check spam/junk folders for all session communications. All sessions are recorded. By booking, you consent to recording. Recordings are provided at the sole discretion of Love The Empress and Company and are not guaranteed. Services are for entertainment purposes only.
