I do not refund. I offer a one time reschedule option. This option expires at the close of the day at 11:30pm eastern. A fee of $33.33 regardless of how much you book me is charged, then appointment will be rescheduled within an hour.

When booking, select the available time in your time zone, I have a conversion program, the site will do the work, its based off your time zone automatically!!
All calls are live and conducted through the application Zoom, which is very similar to a FaceTime call but exclusively on Zoom, I will never use another platform, so beware of scammers.
